Social Runs

We firmly believe in no one runs alone and no one is left behind. Therefore, our official Club social runs are kept to a conversational pace and 3-4 miles. That being said – depending on who is in attendance, we may break up into smaller groups based on distance and/or pace. First and foremost we ensure that everyone is safe and has a buddy – after all, it’s not a social run if you’re running alone!

Most runs start and end at a place we can step in for food and/or drink afterwards. This is most definitely not required; we just love food – and the chance to get know each other better.
